Description

How trading works

V2 pools use a constant-product model. Prices move as the pool balance changes. Large swaps cause more price impact, especially in small pools. A router can combine pools to find a better route.

Liquidity and risks

It must identify V2 contracts and not mix them with V3 positions. Risks include smart-contract bugs, malicious tokens, BNB Chain congestion and impermanent loss. Contract addresses should be verified through PancakeSwap's developer documentation.
